  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: ~1 cup

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shelled pistachios (raw or lightly roasted)
  • ½ tsp sea salt (optional)
  • 12 tbsp pistachio oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract or ground cardamom (optional)

Instructions

  5. Stir in salt, sweetener, or spices if using.

  6. Blend until smooth and creamy (5–10 minutes).

  7. Store in airtight jar in the fridge.
